  1. What is Exzie?  Exzie is the largest platform of Entertainment Execs in the world. Via the platform, content owners which include but not limited to, Movie producers, Musicians, Comedians, and Writers, can raise funds either as Royalty advance or as capital to embark on other personal and/or professional projects.
  2. How do content owners apply? Content owners apply through our Launchpad. Content owners are required to go through the application process. This enables us to know if your content is worthy of recommending to our investors or not.
  3. How long will an applicant get feedback? It will take us between 3 – 5 days to get back to applicants on our decision about their application.
  4. Are applicants required to pay an application fee? Currently, applicants are not required to pay an application fee.
  5. What factors is Exzie looking for in content?  We protect our investors even when we do not guarantee them any specific ROI. The best we can do is to ensure an applicant’s content has the potential to perform well in the market. Specifically, we look at how the audience will perceive and receive the content; this means content that a good number of people can relate well with, is given more priority. We also look at an applicant’s past performance earnings on streaming platforms, and lastly the number of fanbases on social media platforms. We will not accept any content that is abusive or that is capable of causing violence or embarrassment to any sect, culture, political affiliation, religious belief, and/or gender.
  6. How much should content owners raise as Lease fees? That is totally up to the content owner. Applicants are advised to have a minimum amount they can work with, separate from the amount they are raising. Once the amount they are raising is reached, the pool is closed. Applicants are advised to research how much is ideal to be raised, especially in the case of a Catalogue. The same applies to ‘how long should the lease period be?’
  7. After funds have been raised how are content owners paid? If the content owner is independent, the fund is paid into the bank account, PayPal, or USDT address provided. If the content owner is signed to a management or an entertainment company, then the fund is paid into the bank account, PayPal, or USDT address provided by the organization.
  8. Does the content owner collect the total amount raised? No, the content owner is required to buy back 40% of the copyright he/she is leasing. This to ensure the interest of investors is protected. This 40% is held in trust by Exzie and used in managing the digital asset which includes distribution and promotion. The content owner also receives distributed ROI every month for the duration of the lease, based on his 40% buyback.
  9. What is the minimum amount an Exec can invest in a pool? There is no minimum amount at the moment.
  10. How do Execs receive their ROI? Execs are given their ROI monthly for the duration of the lease, based on their percentage of ownership in the total funds raised.
  11. Is Exzie considering have its own distribution platform soon? The leadership of Exzie is only going into areas it can have the largest market share. If it feels it can, in the digital distribution space, then Exzie will move into that space.
  12. What is the connection of EXZ cryptocurrency with the current project? No relationship at the moment. Both projects are separate, till there is a need for an inter-relationship.
